I’m purchasing a house in Cúcuta, Colombia.

I’ve spoken to the real estate agent’s lawyer, and have the Certificado de Tradición. They seem a very professional company, and put me on the line with another lawyer that could explain some things in English, as opposed to using a translation app. Should I still hire my own l lawyer, as I don’t yet speak Spanish or fully understand the process? Or trust that they will walk me through it without any issues arising?
